Im Profi-Set kommt unser High-End Bio Matcha Hitotsu mit Zubehör zusammen, das jeden Schritt der Zubereitung besser macht: vom Sieben über das Dosieren bis zum feinporigen Schaum. Die Sorte "Hitotsu" hat volles Umami, der Matcha ist cremig, buttrig, mit einer feinen Süße. 100 % aus erster Ernte, von Hand gepflückt, mehr als 30 Tage beschattet und auf Granitsteinmühlen gemahlen.

Jedes Teil im Set ist bewusst gewählt: Das goldene Sieb hilft, Klümpchen zu vermeiden. Mit dem Dosierlöffel triffst du jedes Mal 2 g, ganz ohne Waage. Der handgeschnitzte Premium-Besen aus hellem Bambus schlägt besonders feinen Mikroschaum. Und die handgeformte Schale Ōtotsu mit Ausguss macht das Umgießen in deine Milch sauber und tropffrei. Der Besenhalter hält deinen Chasen danach dauerhaft in Form.

Der Matcha: Unser High-End Bio Matcha aus Kirishima, Kagoshima. Kultivar Okumidori, 100 % aus erster Ernte (Ichibancha), von Hand gepflückt und mehr als 30 Tage vollbeschattet. Schonend auf Granitsteinmühlen gemahlen und direkt luftdicht verschweißt. Sahnig im Mundgefühl, mit feiner Süße und langem, sanftem Abgang.

Die Schale: Jede Ōtotsu wird auf der Töpferscheibe gedreht, der Ausguss danach von Hand geformt. Der leicht nach innen überstehende Rand sorgt für sicheres Aufschäumen, das runde Volumen reicht für bis zu drei Portionen. Bitte nicht in die Spülmaschine. Da jede Schale ein Unikat ist, variieren Form
und Farbe leicht.

Der GRATIS Premium-Besen: Von Hand nach alter japanischer Machart aus hellem Bambus geschnitzt. Vor der Nutzung kurz in lauwarmem Wasser einweichen, ohne Spülmittel ausspülen und auf dem Besenhalter trocknen lassen.

Besenhalter: Mattweißes Porzellan, 6,5 cm ø x 7 cm Höhe.

Sieb & Löffel: Goldenes Finish auf rostfreiem Edelstahl. Beide sind spülmaschinenfest. Wir empfehlen trotzdem Handwäsche, damit der Glanz erhalten bleibt.

The matcha is delivered in an airtight, heat-sealed package.

Thanks to an additional rubber seal on the lid, the tea stays fresh for a long time even after opening. Because it’s ground so finely, the powder is highly susceptible to external factors such as light, oxygen, and heat. The tea should therefore always be stored in a tightly sealed container in a place away from direct sunlight.
