Kabusecha, Gyokuro, and Sencha are notable for their fresh, sweet, and full-bodied flavor. Genmaicha, on the other hand, has a milder, nuttier flavor.

On average, 1 cup of green tea contains about 20–30 mg of caffeine. A cup of coffee, on the other hand, contains about twice as much caffeine.
