Production & Use

This teapot is crafted by one of Japan’s finest kyusu studios. The workshop is located in the Tokoname region, which is known worldwide for its craftsmanship. Because the interior is unglazed, the tea comes into direct contact with the iron-rich natural clay, allowing it to develop unique flavors. Thanks to its classic shape and subdued colors, this piece is particularly timeless.

Care Instructions
  • Stainless steel glass sets and measuring spoons are dishwasher-safe
  • Please do not wash the matcha bowls in the dishwasher!
  • Wipe the bamboo spoon and wooden tray with a dry cloth only.
  • After use, clean the bamboo whisk with water only and place it on the whisk holder. Do not store it in the plastic tube!
  • Strainer: dishwasher-safe (however, we recommend hand-washing). Cleaning is not necessary after every use.
