In search of inspiration for your next dessert? How about matcha panna cotta?
Matcha tea gives panna cotta a classic dessert flavor. tart twist, which is balanced out and perfectly integrated by the sweetness.
And as with all dishes that we refine with matcha, the same applies here: A absolute eye-catcher! You can be sure that this dessert will be a talking point when you bring it to the next party. After all, how often do you see green panna cotta that tastes so heavenly?

Ingredients for four portions
- 3 sheets of gelatine
- 400 g cream
- 50 g sugar
- 1 tablespoon Matcha Basic Line
Preparation
Soak the gelatine in cold water. Heat the cream and sugar in a pan and then remove from the heat. Squeeze out the gelatine and dissolve it in the cream together with the matcha tea. You may need to whisk briefly with a help with a mixerso that the matcha powder can dissolve completely.

Stir the matcha cream occasionally. cool until it is lukewarm, then divide between 4 bowls (approx. 150 ml each). Then chill the cream for at least 4 hours.

Sprinkle with a little matcha powder just before serving.
