You've probably often wondered what would go well with your daily bowl of matcha. Who would have thought - it's matcha cookies! 🍪
Super crispy and sweet with a fresh, slightly tart note. The small cookies also go very well with any other type of tea and simply make an excellent snack that you can enjoy just like that.
Ingredients
- 150 g butter (soft)
- 300 g flour
- 80 g sugar
- 1 egg (size M)
- 15 g Matcha Basic Line
- Salt

Preparation
Mix the sugar first with the butter and then with the egg, matcha and salt in a bowl. Add the flour and knead all the ingredients well. Now set the dough aside for at least 30 minutes covered in the refrigerator.
Then roll it out and cut out the cookies using your favorite shape.
Heat up your oven 180 °C and bake the cookies for 10 minutes.
