Was Matcha eigentlich überhaupt genau ist, erfährst du hier.

A set specially curated for the traditional tea ceremony. It includes our premium organic Futatsu matcha, a beautiful chawan (matcha bowl), and accessories made of dark bamboo.

Der Tee

A gentle and sweet blend from Nishio in Aichi. The aromas are dominated by nutty notes and subtle floral hints. The tea is a deep green and has a creamy body. This matcha comes from the first harvest and was hand-picked. After being gently dried, the raw tea is ground on traditional granite stone mills and then sealed in an airtight container. An exceptional organic matcha for special moments.

Vibrant chawan with exciting colors and shapes. The blend of different shades creates a unique dynamic. Each bowl is one-of-a-kind. Its tall shape makes it ideal for the traditional tea ceremony. Its bold color scheme pairs perfectly with dark bamboo accessories.

Das Bambus-Zubehör

The set is complemented by a chasen (whisk) and a chashaku (scoop) made of dark bamboo. This material is particularly elegant thanks to its unique patterns. The varied coloring of the wood complements the dynamic design of the matcha bowl very well. The chasen’s 100 delicate bristles allow the tea to be whisked into a frothy foam with ease. The spoon is used to scoop out and measure the powder. Both pieces are handcrafted from a single piece of bamboo according to traditional Japanese methods.

Haltbarkeit

Der Matcha wird luftdicht verschweißt geliefert.

Matcha kann problemlos bis zu zwei Jahre gelagert werden. Mehr dazu haben wir hier für dich beschrieben.

Durch eine zusätzliche Gummierung am Deckel (besonders stabiler Upper bei den Vorratsbeuteln), bleibt der Tee auch nach dem Öffnen für längere Zeit frisch. Aufgrund der extrem feinen Vermahlung ist das Pulver stark anfällig für äußere Einflüsse wie Licht, Sauerstoff und Wärme. Der Tee sollte deshalb immer gut verschlossen an einem Ort ohne direkte Sonneneinstrahlung gelagert werden.
