Our high-end organic matcha with full umami and complex flavors.
The blend is bright green and full in flavor thanks to a long, multi-stage shading phase. It is characterized by particularly sweet and buttery notes and a multi-faceted character.
The mouthfeel is creamy and creamy and the finish is long-lasting and very smooth. One of the best organic matcha teas in Japan.
It is grown in Kirishima, comes exclusively from the first harvest and is picked by hand. The raw tea is gently ground on granite stone mills and immediately sealed airtight.

Shelf life & storage

The green tea is sealed airtight delivered.

The tea can easily be stored up to two years stored for up to two years. We have more on this described for you here.

Only for matcha: Due to the extremely fine grinding, the powder is highly susceptible to external influences such as light, oxygen and heat. The tea should therefore always be stored tightly closed in a place away from direct sunlight.
