E-commerce (online store) for tea and accessories, featuring product images, a shopping cart, checkout, a customer account, information pages (e.g., Terms and Conditions, Right of Withdrawal, Privacy Policy), and contact options.
2) Explanations Regarding the Provision of the Service
The store is responsive and can generally be operated using a keyboard; its structure and navigation follow semantic headings, lists, and landmark regions. Forms use labels and error messages; images include alternative text unless they are purely decorative. Third-party content (e.g., embedded maps/videos) may be beyond our direct control. We adhere to EN 301 549 and WCAG 2.1 AA.

—Structure & Navigation: semantic HTML elements, skip links/focus order (ongoing refinement).
—Keyboard Accessibility: core functions are accessible; optimizations for overlays/modals planned.

—Media: Captions/transcripts for relevant videos are being added gradually
