A set specially compiled for the traditional tea ceremony. With our premium organic Matcha Futatsu, a beautiful Japanese Chawan (Matcha bowl) and accessories made of dark bamboo. Also ideal as a gift.

Der Tee

A smooth and sweet blend from Nishio in Aichi. The aromas are dominated by nutty notes and subtle floral hints. There is a refined spiciness on the finish, which rounds off the overall impression perfectly. Thanks to a special fertilizer and long light dehydration, the tea is intensely green and has a creamy body. The matcha comes exclusively from the first harvest and is picked by hand. After gentle drying, the raw tea is ground on traditional granite stone mills and then sealed airtight. An outstanding organic matcha for special moments.

Die Schale

The Chawan (Matcha bowl) Tenzai is a particularly soft-looking bowl. With its organic shape without hard edges and a creamy white glaze with tiny dots, it blends discreetly into any kitchen style. The smooth, almost soft-looking surface and the surprisingly high weight make matcha preparation particularly easy and pleasant.

Das Bambus-Zubehör

The set is complemented by chasen (broom) and chashaku (spoon) made of dark bamboo. This material is particularly elegant thanks to its unique patterns.
The varied coloring of the wood goes very well with the dynamics of the matcha bowl. The 100 filigree bristles of the chashaku allow the tea to be whisked effortlessly. The spoon is used to remove and dose the powder. Both parts are made by hand from a single piece of bamboo in the Japanese style.

Haltbarkeit

Der Matcha wird luftdicht verschweißt geliefert.

Matcha kann problemlos bis zu zwei Jahre gelagert werden. Mehr dazu haben wir hier für dich beschrieben.

Durch eine zusätzliche Gummierung am Deckel (besonders stabiler Upper bei den Vorratsbeuteln), bleibt der Tee auch nach dem Öffnen für längere Zeit frisch. Aufgrund der extrem feinen Vermahlung ist das Pulver stark anfällig für äußere Einflüsse wie Licht, Sauerstoff und Wärme. Der Tee sollte deshalb immer gut verschlossen an einem Ort ohne direkte Sonneneinstrahlung gelagert werden.
