We have opted for dried edible flowers, which not only give an interesting mouthfeel, but also look great. The pistachios round off the taste experience and provide even more crunch.
Ingredients
- 500 grams of white chocolate (chopped)
- 1 teaspoon Matcha Basic Line
- 60 grams nuts or seeds (e.g. pistachios or pumpkin seeds)
- Dried edible flowers
- Optional: goji berries (30g), coconut flakes (2 tablespoons)

Melt 2/3 the white chocolate in a bain-marie.
Then remove the melted chocolate from the heat and stir in the remaining third of the chocolate to cool.
Then mix a tablespoon of the liquid chocolate with the matcha to form a lump-free paste and then stir this into the rest of the chocolate.
Spread the mixture onto a baking tray lined with baking paper and cover with the ingredients. of your choice (we used pistachios and edible flowers here). Leave the chocolate to cool and then break it into larger pieces. Wrap it in transparent foil and it's ready to make big eyes!
Happy snacking! 😊
