The ideal set to get you started in the world of the finest matcha teas.
In addition to our entry-level Matcha Itsutsu the set contains the Matcha bowl Kohakuhandmade on the coast of Portugal. Its sandy, matt exterior meets a warm, shimmering glaze on the inside - inspired by the reflections of the Gykosendo cave (on Okinawa). With a volume of 400 ml, it is ideal for 1-2 portions of matcha. The set is rounded off with a golden bamboo whisk and spoon for authentic preparation.

Thanks to an additional rubber coating on the lid (particularly stable upper on the storage bags), the tea stays fresh for a long time even after opening. Due to the extremely fine grinding, the powder is highly susceptible to external influences such as light, oxygen and heat. The tea should therefore always be stored tightly closed in a place away from direct sunlight.
