Unser Futatsu ist ein sehr sanfter Tee mit floralen Einschlägen und einem fein-lieblichen Geschmack. Er zeichnet sich durch sein cremiges Mundgefühl aus.

Die Schale Iwa eignet sich durch ihre hohe Form ideal für die traditionelle Zubereitung. Ihre Farbgebung ist von der Kraft uralter Felsen inspiriert, geformt von Wind & Wasser. Die Chawan und das filigran gearbeitete Zubehör eignen sich perfekt für die Tee-Zeremonie.

Ein speziell für die traditionelle Teezeremonie zusammengestelltes Set. Mit unserem Premium Bio Matcha Futatsu, einer wunderschönen Chawan (Matcha Schale) und Zubehör aus dunklem Bambus.

The tea

Ein sanfter und lieblicher Blend aus Nishio in Aichi. Die Aromen werden von Nussnoten und feinen floralen Einschlägen dominiert. Der Tee ist intensiv grün und hat einen cremigen Körper. Der Matcha stammt aus erster Ernte und wurde von Hand gepflückt. Nach einer schonenden Trocknung wird der Rohtee auf traditionellen Granitsteinmühlen vermahlen und anschließend luftdicht versiegelt. Ein herausragender Bio Matcha für besondere Momente.

The bowl

Lebendige Chawan mit aufregenden Farben und Verformungen. Durch die Mischung verschiedener Farbtöne entsteht eine einzigartige Dynamik. Jede Schale ist ein Einzelstück.
Durch ihre hohe Form eignet sie sich ideal für die traditionelle Tee-Zeremonie. Ihre wilde Farbgebung passt super zu dunklem Bambus-Zubehör.

The bamboo accessories

Ergänzt wird das Set durch Chasen (Besen) und Chashaku (Löffel) aus dunklem Bambus. Dieses Material ist durch einzigartige Muster besonders elegant.
Die abwechslungsreiche Färbung des Holzes passt sehr gut zur Dynamik der Matcha Schale. Durch die 100 filigranen Borsten des Chasens kann der Tee mühelos schaumig geschlagen werden. Der Löffel dient der Entnahme und Dosierung des Pulvers. Beide Teile werden aus jeweils einem Stück Bambus nach japanischer Machart von Hand gefertigt.

The Matcha will sealed airtight delivered.

Matcha can easily be stored up to two years can be stored for up to two years. We have more on this described for you here.

Thanks to an additional rubber coating on the lid (particularly stable upper on the storage bags), the tea stays fresh for a long time even after opening. Due to the extremely fine grinding, the powder is highly susceptible to external influences such as light, oxygen and heat. The tea should therefore always be stored tightly closed in a place away from direct sunlight.
