Certified organic according to DE-ÖKO-006 and JAS organic, Japan.

⏰   Preparation: Infuse 3 teaspoons in 200 ml water for 1-2 minutes at 55-65°C.

Kabusecha is probably best described as "exactly halfway between Gyokuro and Sencha".

This Japanese green tea is processed in the same way as both teas. The main difference lies in the cultivation method: Kabusecha is shaded for a shorter period of time than Gyokuro. This results in similarly sweet aromas, which are, however, carried by the characteristic lightness of a sencha. Kabusecha thus opens the door to a new kind of flavor variety for us.

The tea will sealed airtight delivered.

Green tea can easily be stored up to two years stored for up to two years.
