At Matcha Kāru, we like things to be simple and straightforward. This is especially true for our customer service and our terms and conditions. Your satisfaction is very important to us and we do everything we can to support you quickly and competently. 1. scope of application
The following terms and conditions apply to all orders placed via our online store by consumers and entrepreneurs.
A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business or profession. An entrepreneur is a natural or legal person or a partnership with legal capacity who, when concluding a legal transaction, acts in the exercise of their commercial or independent professional activity.
The following applies to entrepreneurs: If the entrepreneur uses conflicting or supplementary general terms and conditions, their validity is hereby contradicted; they shall only become part of the contract if we have expressly agreed to them.
2 Contractual partner, conclusion of contract
The purchase contract is concluded with 858 Handels GmbH.
By placing the products in the online store, we submit a binding offer to conclude a contract for these items. You can initially place our products in the shopping cart without obligation and correct your entries at any time before sending your binding order by using the correction aids provided and explained for this purpose in the order process. The contract is concluded when you accept the offer for the goods contained in the shopping cart by clicking the order button. Immediately after sending the order, you will receive another confirmation by e-mail.

The language available for the conclusion of the contract is German.
We save the text of the contract and send you the order data and our GTC in text form. You can view the text of the contract in our customer login.
4. terms of delivery
Shipping costs may be incurred in addition to the stated product prices. You can find out more about any shipping costs in the offers.
We only deliver by mail order. Unfortunately, it is not possible to collect the goods yourself.
5. payment
The following payment methods are available in our store:
Credit card
You enter your credit card details when placing your order. After you have been legitimized as the legitimate cardholder, the payment transaction will be carried out automatically and your card will be charged.
PayPal Plus
As part of the PayPal Plus payment service, we offer you various payment methods as PayPal services. You will be redirected to the website of the online provider PayPal. There you can enter your payment details, confirm the use of your data by PayPal and the payment instruction to PayPal.
If you select the payment method PayPal payment method, you must be registered there or first register and legitimize yourself with your access data in order to be able to pay the invoice amount. The payment transaction will be carried out automatically by PayPal immediately after confirmation of the payment instruction. You will receive further instructions during the order process.
Direct debit via PayPal
If you have selected the direct debit payment method, you do not need to be registered with PayPal in order to pay the invoice amount. By confirming the payment order, you issue PayPal with a direct debit mandate. You will be informed by PayPal about the date on which your account will be debited (so-called prenotification). By submitting the direct debit mandate immediately after confirmation of the payment instruction, PayPal requests its bank to initiate the payment transaction. The payment transaction is carried out and your account is debited. You will receive further information during the order process.
Invoice via PayPal
If you have selected the invoice payment method, you do not need to be registered with PayPal in order to pay the invoice amount. After a successful address and credit check and submission of the order, we will assign our claim to PayPal. In this case, you can only make payment to PayPal with debt-discharging effect. In addition to our GTC, PayPal's GTC and privacy policy apply to payment processing via PayPal. Google Pay
In order to be able to pay the invoice amount via Google Pay, you must be registered with the service provider Google, have activated the Google Pay function, legitimize yourself with your access data and confirm the payment instruction. The payment transaction is carried out immediately after the order is placed. You will receive further instructions during the ordering process.
Apple Pay
To be able to pay the invoice amount via Apple Pay, you must use the "Safari" browser, be registered with the service provider Apple, have activated the Apple Pay function, authenticate yourself with your access data and confirm the payment instruction. The payment transaction is carried out immediately after placing the order. You will receive further instructions during the ordering process.
Amazon Pay
During the order process, you will be redirected to the website of the online provider Amazon before completing the order process in our online store. In order to complete the order process and pay the invoice amount via Amazon, you must be registered there or first register and legitimize yourself with your access data. There you can select the delivery address and payment method stored with Amazon, confirm the use of your data by Amazon and the payment instruction to us. You will then be redirected back to our online store where you can complete the order process. Immediately after placing the order, we will ask Amazon to initiate the payment transaction. The payment transaction is carried out automatically by Amazon. You will receive further instructions during the ordering process.
Purchase on account and financing via Klarna
In cooperation with Klarna AB (www.klarna.de), Sveavägen 46, Stockholm, Sweden, we offer you purchase on account and installment purchase as a payment option. Please note that Klarna Invoice and Klarna Installment Purchase are only available to consumers and that payment must be made to Klarna in each case.
Klarna installment purchase
With Klarna's financing service, you can pay for your purchase flexibly in monthly installments of at least 1/24 of the total amount (but at least €6.95). Further information about Klarna installment purchase including the general terms and conditions and the European

Klarna invoice

6. right of withdrawal
Consumers are entitled to the statutory right of revocation as described in the revocation instructions. Entrepreneurs are not granted a voluntary right of withdrawal.
7. reservation of title
The goods remain our property until full payment has been made.
For entrepreneurs, the following also applies: We reserve title to the goods until all claims arising from an ongoing business relationship have been settled in full. You may resell the goods subject to retention of title in the ordinary course of business; you assign to us in advance all claims arising from this resale - irrespective of any combination or mixing of the goods subject to retention of title with a new item - in the amount of the invoice amount, and we accept this assignment. You remain authorized to collect the claims, but we may also collect claims ourselves if you do not meet your payment obligations.
8 Warranty and guarantees

9. dispute resolution
The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (OS), which you can use here here. Consumers have the option of using this platform to resolve their disputes. In order to settle disputes arising from a contractual relationship with a consumer or whether such a contractual relationship exists at all, we are obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board. We will participate in dispute resolution proceedings before this body.
10. final provisions
If you are an entrepreneur, German law shall apply to the exclusion of the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
If you are a merchant within the meaning of the German Commercial Code, a legal entity under public law or a special fund under public law, the exclusive place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from contractual relationships between us and you is our registered office.
